Our wedding venue, Braccialieri, is easily accessible to other picturesque and historic towns in the province, with Noto and Avola being the closest.
For guests comfortable with driving abroad, we think that’s the best way to explore the area and see and experience everything Sicily has to offer.
For those not driving to and from the wedding festivities, we’ll be offering a shuttle service directly from Noto Centro Storico.

Flying
The closest airport to Braccialieri is Catania Fontanarossa (CTA), at just under an hour away by car / 80 km.
There are direct flights via Delta from JFK - New York and from many European hubs (e.g. from Rome FCO via ITA Airways ).
Getting around
From CTA, you can book a taxi/ride service to take you to your lodging, or reserve a rental car from a number of companies directly on-site.
There is also a bus to Noto. Take the Interbus (IN01) to Siracusa Centrale and transfer to the Modica-bound bus. The journey should take approximately 2.5 hours.
It is also possible to hire a private driver (Noleggio con conducente) through a company like Blacklane or arrange a driver/transfer via a local tour company such as Sicily Life.
**We will be running guest shuttles to/from Noto (Centro Storico) on both the evening of the Welcome Party and day of the Wedding.
Noto Centro
The historic center of Noto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a scene-stealing Baroque gem. Its golden ‘pietra di Noto’ stone-paved streets and alleys are the stuff “passegiata dreams” are made of.
